Broken Promises

This is what Joe Fontana said on the campaign trail in 2010 about his election promise of zero tax increases for all four years if he was elected Mayor - "In all my 28 years of public life, I have never, ever, ever promised anything I couldn't deliver." ... Well, that's one election promise now broken. ... As for his other promise - Joe, you only have a year and a half left to bring those 10,000 new jobs to London.
