London Mourns Death of Murderer
A minute of silence will be observed tonight at a meeting of London City Council for deceased murderer Kelly Johnson as well as for her victim David Lucio.
Both had long careers with the London Police Force. Johnson was an Acting Inspector and Lucio was a retired Superindendent.
Autopsy results released today concluded that Johnson was indeed the one who did the shooting in last week's murder/suicide of ex-lovers Johnson and Lucio.
Media reports have speculated for the past week on the motives for the killings of the two former co-workers. However, the facts are that - minutes before the murder of Lucio, Johnson stopped by police headquarters and with no authorization took out a pistol, got in a mini-van with her former lover Lucio and then according to the autopsy, shot him and then herself before her van plowed into her downtown apartment building where both were found dead minutes later last Thursday, June 8th.
According to the London Free Press, Johnson was a community leader in fighting domestic violence.
Experts contacted by the London Free Press excused Johnson's behavior by explaining that she had received a recent job promotion and was under a lot of stress. Apparently stress leave or counselling was not considered.

What a farce. Just makes me sick they are honoring her. Johnson murders Lucio because he wanted to go back to his family, and they are making her out to be some sort of a fucking hero.It appears that Johnson was nothing more than a manipulating power and control freak with a gun. It just reminds me of how Karla Holmolka got away with raping and murdering her sister, Kristen French and Leslie Mahafeey.
I had one fucking female idiot I worked with, who actually said to me that Lucio shouldn't have been playing with Johnson's emotions. As if he deserved to die because he broke off the relationship, to go back to his family. You don't want to hear what I said back to her.
Hopefully Lucio's death will be examined to at least dispel
the myth that women are incapable of murder and violence.

Everyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that women are capable of murder and violence.
This entire situation is being played out differently in the media because one was a cop and one was an ex-cop. They're put on a pedestal by many in the community because they're law enforcement officers.
Butch, unless you don't possess a double digit IQ, it would be pretty obvious why Johnson murdered Lucio.
Johnson murdered Lucio because he wanted to break off the relationship and go back with his wife. Johnson was just your run of the mill nutjob with a gun. Johnson murdered Lucio in a fit of rage.
Women kill? Of couse they do, but they are usually given carte blanche when they do. The media are bending over backwards to portray Johnson as a victim also, trying real hard to make it appear as if Lucio was somehow complicit in his own death. For city council and the police to honour Johnson, is dishonoring Lucio and his family.

Butch, a man is dead at the hands of a police officer with the London police treating it like an accident, and you don't think the public has a right to discuss it? You actually believe people who are trained to profile nutbars didn't have an inkling as to what was transpiring? They will be looking at this in retrospect now, but someone knew something.What about her husband, another police officer, did he know she was a whack job? Did he report it to anyone? Johnson could have shot her husband and got away with it, claiming self-defense. It would have been an open and shut case. Is that why he left the police force, he knew she was nuts? Are there any other nutjobs carrying guns down there? What if Johnson had have snapped and shot someone else, a member of the public. She would have got away with it wouldn't she? Made it look like a self defense in the line of duty. Lucio did a U-turn to take her back to her place that night. Was she planning on taking him out to a secluded area an offing him, making it look like an accident? I for one want to know that everyone working at that police station to serve and protect the public have all their marbles.
I have no problem discussing the murder-suicide, not do I have a problem with an inquest.
It is a serious matter and should be treated as such.
I suspect that Dave Lucio was doing a U-turn as he was simply approaching her condominium-apartment at 7 Picton Street from the south, off of Queens Avenue -- coming from 601 Dundas Street (the cop shop).
Apparently, she shot him in the ear when he was executing the U-turn, pre-occuppied with both hands on the steering wheel.
